HDMO

Heavy duty diesel motor oils (HDMO) also known as heavy duty diesel engine oils (HDEO) are designed to meet the needs of diesel trucks and off road equipment operating in sustained high load and high temperature conditions. These engines are commonly found in trucks, buses, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, marine vessels, and industrial generators. HDMOs are designed to provide wear and  deposit protection, minimizing the downtime for equipment and vehicles. 


HDMO Features:

High Load-Carrying Capacity: Heavy-duty engines operate under heavy loads and high pressures, resulting in increased wear and tear on engine components. Heavy-duty engine oils are formulated with additives that provide excellent load-carrying capacity, helping to minimize engine wear and extend component life.

Excellent Oxidation Stability: Heavy-duty engines operate at high temperatures, which can lead to oxidation of the oil. Oxidation can degrade the oil and lead to the formation of harmful deposits and sludge, which can impair engine performance and reliability. Heavy-duty engine oils are formulated with antioxidants and other additives to provide excellent oxidation stability, ensuring long oil life and reliable engine performance.

Effective Deposit Control: Heavy-duty engine oils are designed to control the formation of deposits and sludge in the engine. Deposits can accumulate on critical engine components, such as pistons, rings, and valves, leading to reduced engine performance and efficiency. Heavy-duty engine oils contain detergents and dispersants that help keep the engine clean by preventing the formation of deposits and removing existing deposits from engine surfaces.

Viscosity Control: Heavy-duty engine oils are formulated to maintain their viscosity over a wide range of operating temperatures, ensuring proper lubrication and protection under all conditions.
